I, the undersigned, give my child permission to attend Grace Baptist Church’s Summer Bible Adventure (also known as VBS), and will not hold the church or event leaders responsible for any harm or injury, including death, that may come upon my child during the event held July 7-11, 2025. I understand that the children will be participating in various activities, such as running games and relays, crafts involving scissors and glue, eating snacks, and listening to a Bible Lesson. While all activities, mentioned here or not, will be well-supervised and organized with great care and concern for safety, accidents can and may happen. I also realize my responsibility to inform the event leaders of any special dietary or health needs or concerns my child may have and to give instructions in writing to the first aide, registration, snack, and games leaders as applicable.
